Inscribed #2

With time, more books are inscribed and the collection grows. I’ve already posted about several I own and enjoyed. Here are some more (and like before you can see my partial reflection on the book covers as I took the pictures):

I won a copy of Leigh Goff‘s Disenchanted at a Facebook launch party for the book. At the Write in Right Now event that I participated in last November, I purchased Patriot Games from guest speaker Lucia St. Clair Robson.

I purchased T.C. Weber’s Sleep State Interrupt, as well as Joseph B. Ross Jr.‘s books Arundel Burning and In the Shadows of the Flames, at the MWA in Annapolis.

More will come I’m sure! And with Mockingbird Lane Press publishing my novel, entitled Mystical Greenwood, I look forward to eventually signing copies of it!

  1. Hi Andrew,

    Nice post!

One particular book that you have caught my attention: Disenchanted by Leigh Goff.

    I see it’s a YA novel.

Believe it or not, I know of another book titled Disenchanted. It was written by Victoria Kilbury, a regular attendee of some exercise classes I go to. It’s about another regular: a woman named Nabila who is from Saudi Arabia. The book is about Nabila’s life in Saudi Arabia. I went to one of their “kickoff” presentations at a local library. The differences between Saudi and American life are profound.

    Here’s a link:

Before the book, the two were fast friends. However, I was told that collaborating on the book resulted in numerous conflicts. So, they finished the book, but their friendship is apparently on the rocks. It was sad news.
